Brower’s Flowers and Matty Sunshine Sound Healing invite you to enjoy the unique experience of building your own beautiful bouquet of seasonal blooms before relaxing during a soothing, 60-minute sound bath for this Sound Baths & Bouquets event. Pre-registration is required as space is limited to 30 people.

BUILD-A-BOUQUET: Before your sound bath, you’ll have the opportunity to build a bouquet of freshly harvested seasonal blooms grown with love by Brower’s Flowers. Marissa Brower, owner of Brower’s Flowers, will help you choose your stems and offer tips and tricks to build a stunning seasonal arrangement in a small vase and ensure the longest vase life for your blooms. 

SOUND BATH: A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience during which various instruments produce specific sounds, frequencies, and vibrations that can shift brainwaves into a relaxed state, allowing the nervous system to relax. In this state, a person's natural healing abilities can work more effectively to bring them back into vibrational alignment across mind, body, and spirit. During this sound bath in the quaint, cozy, and rustic barn at Brower’s Flowers, Matty Makowski, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and owner of Matty Sunshine Sound Healing, plays instruments like crystal singing bowls, a gong named “Sunny”, Tingsha cymbals and more that produce these sounds, frequencies, and vibrations to invite you into a deeper state of consciousness, serve as an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, and promote self-inquiry/discovery. This sound bath lasts approximately 60 minutes. 

Following the sound bath, you are invited to enjoy light refreshments and ground yourself by casually strolling through Marissa’s peaceful and stunning garden area.

TICKETS: $55 per person

PARKING: Please note Brower’s Flowers is located at a private residence. When arriving, please pull in the North driveway (same side as the roadside farm stand) and all the way around the dirt drive to park behind one another in the driveway. Once the driveway fills up, guests can begin parking in the grass. There will be someone outside to help direct you!

WHAT TO BRING: We recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow(s), blanket(s), cozy clothes, and water. Please note there is no temperature control in the barn, so dress appropriately for the weather of the day. Due to the hardness of the rustic barn floor, you may also consider bringing something additional to lay on top of, like an extra blanket, sleeping bag, or even a pool float. Eye masks will also be available to wear to help enhance your relaxation. If you will need to sit upright, Brower’s Flowers can provide a metal folding chair or attendees are welcome to bring their own chairs. Please let us know in advance if you will require a chair or other accommodations.

4:00 PM - Sound bath begins

5:00 PM - Sound Bath concludes / refreshments / garden stroll
