WHAT IS SPACE CLEARING? Did you know that spaces, including your home, workspace, garden, favorite restaurant, and even your car can hold onto the energies that pass through them? And whether these energies are positive or negative, and how long and how often they reside in that space, can impact the way of life and being that occurs in that space? 

The energy in your space can impact everything from your mood, relationships, and sleep to your mental clarity, motivation, and more. Space Energy Clearing is the process of clearing out negative or stagnant energy occupying a place or space, and then replacing it with positive, loving energy. Similar to how negative energy can become stuck in our physical and energetic bodies and manifest as various illnesses, ailments, and conditions, the same can happen to rooms, hallways, offices, entire residences, land/property, and public spaces. Have you ever entered a room and something just felt off? Or maybe you’ve entered someone’s residence and could feel a thickness in the air or perhaps being in the space even made you act a little differently than normal? These are some signs of negative energy lingering in the space. 

There are various methods and practices that can be used daily or often to help refresh the energy of your space, like smudging, but if enough energy has accumulated over time, oftentimes other approaches are necessary to truly clear a space, like using Reiki or sound.

Reiki and sound healing are two healing modalities that when combined offer a powerful approach to space clearing. Sounds, frequencies, and vibrations produced by my instruments, like crystal singing bowls and Tingsha cymbals, can help break up stagnant or negative energy and replace it with high-frequency, harmonious resonance. The sound waves spread healing vibrations throughout all corners and air spaces to encourage a peaceful and intentionally refreshed atmosphere. Similarly, Reiki can be used to promote different types of healing in a space through the channeling of high-frequency life force energy to raise the vibration of the environment. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: Before a clearing, I’ll ask a few questions to help me better understand your situation and the space. Through my approach, which may vary based on the situation, I use a combination of focused intent, Reiki, sound healing instruments, crystals, Essential Oils, and more to cleanse, harmonize, and energetically protect your space. Each clearing takes approximately 60-90 minutes depending on the space and you can choose to be present or not. If you choose to stay, your presence can often turn the process into a collective, collaborative healing experience. When you are present, the process may feel more personal, allowing you to participate in setting your intentions for the space and you’ll naturally benefit from exposure to the sounds, frequencies, and vibrations produced by the sound healing instruments. Following each session, you will receive recommendations for how you can continue to maintain the energy of your space in a high vibrational state after the initial clearing.
